Sir mujhe bht zada problum ho gyi hai …mai 3 month ho gye lagatar gym ko mujhe need nhi ati sarri raat tadpta rahta hu …bht koshish kr k dekh chuka hu …agar need aa bhi jye to bhi ik hours ke khul jye gi …or bechani rahegi sir abhi bhi yahi ho raha hai esi lyi apko bataya plz sir ans my this qus …mai 4 bajje sham ko gym jata hu prei workout bhi leta hu pr raat ko to ani chahiye need …plz sir bataye kuch
