  1. hello sir how r u i vikas from delhii my weight is around 104 kilo gram. In my daily routien i do cardio(Running) 1 km in morning or evening and 20 mnts exerceise. now i want use the fat burner / Calcium tablets/ whey protein etc please guide me is it rite to use or not. thnkyou

  3. U hav said in this video gaint set 2 last exercise pushups ka alternate db fly…. Or lean mode workout pdf me pushups ka alternate db press diya h….?? Shi kiya h

  4. When i showed my gym trainer about these sets they all laughed at me and said “is this an exercise plan? If you want to minimize your exercise then why are you coming to gym?”
