  1. As for someone who has been working out for years, these tips/answers were shit..
    Eating a burrito wont hurt you, even if you do it everyday, its the total calories in the end of the day that matters.
    And the BS with “if you dont go to the gym for over 60 mins, you should just go home” That is the dumbest things i’ve heard, if you are efficient with the workouts, an hour can be more than enough.
    Please dont listen to everything these guys says.
