Iam ravi from i would like to share story what actually happened with me, i had started workout in 2013 , i was crazy to build body Beacuse i had inspired from my friend suggested me to take supplements. I have spent money around 35000 after soending lots of moeny i did not get any result nothing no gain for few months i felt like yes i have build somethings but guys believe me if sir if you come in north region delhi there is lots of motherfuckers selling there fake supplements like hot cakes in my story 5 supplements i have purchased first one was mass 20 i dont what was brand mass 20 protein thats created side effects in my body another is local whey protein nothing effect i have felt from it others two supplements dyamtize mass gainner 12 lbs dynball steroids tablets after taking all things nothing i felt that i have got result but reality is that indian supplement mareket like totally fake local area gym always plays the game with their students only one they suggest to build fatty body like bouncers for few months accrooding to me real body is like you i dont when my build like but surely 7 years i will be like you, nowadays really struggling with time for gym 9 hours have to work in office 5 hours have to spend in travelling daily but somehow i give time for me gym. I dont how much it will take but i will never give and big thanks for diet plans or motivational videos

  10. My body weight is 67 kg should I eat 240 g protien or that protien will be wasted as we need to 2.2 g of protien per body weight in kilograms @guruumannfitness
