  3. Thanks for the vid! I went through something similar- not knowing what to do and having to try a ton of different things to figure out what worked for me. It is possible to be slim and strong, but you have to experiment and work hard!

  4. I’m sooo glad I watched this video. Right now I’m on IIFYM because I wanted to gain some muscle. But in the next couple months I’m changing my programming to more functional and endurance (I already decided this a little while ago) but I NOW decided to not count macros while I do this and just focus on eating really whole and healthy foods!

  5. I kind of connect with your transformation story! I was so skinny when I was little eating what ever I wanted. But when I noticed I got chubby and when others noticed it and made fun of me for it for an entire summer I’d dance all day in my mirror till I got to the point where I’d starve myself till I felt so weak I could barely walk up the stairs to the kitchen, get a special k 90 calorie bar and a glass of sweet tea and then continue dancing in my room till i was so weak again. Now I’m to the point where I’m slowly losing weight but not really eating enough or healthy enough, and I’m counting calories and trying things that I don’t really understand how to correctly do. I’m still in my struggling phase as to how to make a better, healthier me and this video really help!

  7. listening to my body isn’t working so well when my body says eat 500 cals of chocoalte, and chips, and starbucks… I can’t trust my body at all 🙁

  8. Yes! I know that IIFYM totally works, but when numbers get involved I quickly get overwhelmed especially having to cook dinners for my husband and kids. When my husband and I are both doing IIFYM it makes it really complicated to plan meals and IT IS STRESSFUL! I am all about listen to my body.

  10. Oh my goodness! this is exactly what I’ve been looking for the past couple of months. I’ve kinda been doing the same thing you use to do, but I never went vegan. I am a 6′ 0″ high school athlete, and I am currently in track doing high jump and wanted to get rid of all my extra fat. So so happy I found your channel! Thank you so much!
